AI Data Operation Specialist – French Speaking

About the role

We are looking for an AI Data Operation Specialist who is fluent in French to join the TikTok LIVE team. The role focuses on ensuring high-quality content moderation on the TikTok Live platform by combining human labeling with machine-learning models, including large language models.

Key responsibilities

• Benchmark and maintain content quality across BPO teams, support onboarding, training, policy clarification, calibration and arbitration.
• Label content for specific queues, analyse trends, and deliver actionable insights to project teams.
• Train and fine-tune AI models using large labeled datasets, assist in data preparation, cleaning and structuring, and provide examples to improve LLM decision-making.
• Analyse moderation and labeling data to identify process or market trends, prepare impact analyses and support solution planning.
• Maintain all quality-related artifacts, devise creative solutions and leverage tools to improve individual and team output.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, IT, Communications or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in AI data operations, content quality management or product operations, preferably in a tech or digital-content environment.
• Strong analytical thinking, high ownership and the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive mindset for process improvement.

Required skills

• Experience with AI/ML model training and evaluation.
• Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) and reinforcement learning concepts.
• Data preparation, cleaning and structuring for machine-learning pipelines.
