AI Engineer Internship – Build Real‑World AI Systems

About the role

Chris Stewart Group is seeking a technically gifted AI Intern to help embed artificial intelligence across its real‑estate development business. This eight‑week placement offers the chance to turn strategic AI ideas into working solutions that support day‑to‑day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and implement practical AI systems and tools for internal use.
• Collaborate directly with senior leadership to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Identify, evaluate and recommend appropriate AI models, platforms and off‑the‑shelf tools, creating bespoke solutions when required.
• Deploy the solutions, embed them across the organisation and train team members on their use.

Required profile

• Exceptional recent graduate or postgraduate (potentially PhD level) eager to apply AI expertise in a commercial setting.
• Strong hands‑on technical ability to build, configure and launch AI‑powered systems.
• Current, deep knowledge of the AI landscape, including leading models and platforms.
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non‑technical senior leaders.
• Self‑directed, practical approach with confidence to take ideas from concept to production.

Required skills

• Experience building and deploying AI models and tools.
• Familiarity with major AI platforms and frameworks.
