AI Engineer – LLM Applications for Gaming Industry

About the role

We are looking for AI Engineers to design, build and scale LLM‑driven products for a leading digital gaming group. You will work on real‑time betting data, customer experience, safety and compliance, delivering AI solutions that impact millions of users.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deploy production AI applications using large language models, including agent workflows, tool integration and retrieval‑augmented generation pipelines.
• Design and optimise retrieval systems from data ingestion and chunking to vector stores and query performance.
• Implement robust production code with observability, error handling, testing and CI/CD pipelines.
• Define evaluation frameworks covering accuracy, latency, cost and reliability for regulated environments.
• Collaborate with product, compliance and operations stakeholders to ship AI features safely.
• At senior levels, lead model and framework decisions, mentor engineers and shape AI strategy.

Required profile

• Strong Python (or TypeScript) programming skills and solid software‑engineering fundamentals.
• Hands‑on experience building LLM applications or agents in production or through substantial projects.
• Understanding of LLM capabilities, limitations and failure modes, especially in regulated domains.
