AI Full Stack Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a senior full-stack AI engineer to design and deliver production-grade multi-agent systems and intuitive user interfaces. You will bridge advanced AI orchestration with responsive front-ends, building secure Python APIs and real-time web experiences for our clients in London.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deploy stateful multi-agent AI workflows using Google AI SDK, LangChain and LangGraph.
• Develop secure, high-performance Python APIs that enable agent tool calling and expose them to front-end applications.
• Implement persistent memory, context-window management and structured JSON outputs validated with Pydantic.
• Build modern front-ends (React, Next.js or Vue) that handle asynchronous AI events, streaming responses and loading states.
• Introduce guardrails such as circuit breakers, fallback logic and comprehensive observability for AI reasoning paths.
• Set up “evals-as-code” pipelines to test prompts and trace agent decisions automatically.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a full-stack developer with production Python back-ends and modern JavaScript front-ends.
• Hands-on expertise building LLM-driven workflows with Gemini, OpenAI or Claude APIs.
• Active Google Professional Cloud Architect certification and deep knowledge of GCP services.
• Comfort with containerisation (Docker), CI/CD pipelines and real-time web technologies (WebSockets, Server-Sent Events).
• Strong testing mindset, writing unit and integration tests for both UI and probabilistic AI components.
