AI Leadership Facilitator & Marker – Part‑time Remote

About the role

We are looking for an AI Leadership Facilitator & Marker to deliver a postgraduate‑level online programme in AI Leadership. The role combines academic rigour with practical leadership insight, supporting senior learners through live sessions, mentorship and feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate weekly live online sessions using structured course materials.
• Supervise Assistant Facilitators to ensure consistent learner engagement and marking quality.
• Provide one‑to‑one guidance and academic feedback in line with defined rubrics.
• Monitor delivery standards, assessment quality and learner satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal academic and delivery teams to manage content updates and resolve challenges.
• Participate in programme review discussions and share insights for continuous improvement.
• Represent the programme in internal panels or forums as required.

Required profile

• Relevant PhD and university‑level lecturing and marking experience.
• Proven experience teaching or facilitating within structured academic or executive education settings.
• Strong understanding of AI leadership, governance, strategy and ethics in business contexts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for academic facilitation.
• Ability to mentor and coordinate supporting facilitators.
• Organised, proactive and dependable in managing multiple delivery timelines.
• Comfortable working across time zones and collaborating remotely.
