AI & Power Platform Engineer Team Lead

About the role

Join a leading digital consultancy as an AI & Power Platform Engineer Team Lead. You will design, develop and deliver production‑ready Power Platform solutions while championing engineering best practices and leveraging Microsoft AI technologies such as Copilot Studio.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build secure, scalable applications using Power Apps (Canvas & Model‑Driven), Power Automate and Dataverse.
• Develop end‑to‑end solutions, including data modelling, integrations, security, testing and deployment.
• Lead ALM processes and manage deployments with standard, premium and custom connectors.
• Integrate Power Platform with Azure Functions and Azure AI services.
• Collaborate with solution architects, business analysts and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentor junior consultants, promote best practices and contribute to a Power Platform Centre of Excellence.
• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging Microsoft AI tools such as Copilot and AI Builder.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Power Platform and strong Power Apps expertise.
• Proven Power Automate development and Dataverse data‑modelling skills.
• Experience delivering large‑scale enterprise solutions in an agile, multidisciplinary environment.
• Strong stakeholder communication and a willingness to upskill on Copilot Studio.
• Consultancy or professional services background with relevant Microsoft certifications.
