AI Product Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an AI Product Engineer to join a fast‑growing technology team that is reshaping software delivery for a nationwide retail business. You will work remotely, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to design, build and deploy AI‑enhanced solutions that improve customer interactions and internal processes.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse current workflows across sales, customer care, finance, logistics and vehicle preparation to identify improvement opportunities.
• Define and prototype AI‑driven features such as voice agents, multimodal document processing and enhanced AI assistants.
• Develop and maintain internal applications, dashboards and integration services that connect AI tools with existing company systems.
• Work with agentic coding tools (e.g., Claude Code) to generate high‑quality code while retaining full responsibility for review and testing.
• Deliver software in short delivery cycles, ensuring regular releases and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Hands‑on software engineering experience with a focus on practical problem solving.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of specific business areas.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with non‑technical stakeholders.

Required skills

• Experience using agentic coding tools such as Claude Code.
