About the role

ITOL Recruit is offering a paid AI Trainee Engineer programme designed for candidates with no prior experience in artificial intelligence. The 1‑3 month online course equips you with the fundamentals of AI engineering and culminates in a guaranteed junior AI Engineer position upon successful completion.

Key responsibilities

• Complete a structured curriculum covering AI fundamentals, data handling, and machine‑learning techniques.
• Develop hands‑on projects such as a car price prediction app, sentiment‑analysis classifier, and a customer‑service chatbot.
• Apply prompt‑engineering and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation methods to build intelligent AI solutions.
• Collaborate with mentors and submit deliverables to demonstrate competency.

Required profile

• Motivation to start a career in AI with no previous experience.
• Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn programming concepts.
• Commitment to complete the full training period and attend virtual sessions.

Required skills

• Python programming (including OOP).
• Jupyter Notebooks and VS Code.
• Streamlit for web‑app development.
• Data libraries: NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib.
• Machine‑learning libraries: scikit‑learn.
• Familiarity with large language models, neural networks, Hugging Face, prompt engineering, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation, and vector databases.
