About the role

We are seeking an experienced Tutor to join our AI training team on a freelance basis. You will work remotely from the United Kingdom, helping to shape the performance of conversational AI models by designing tasks, measuring progress, and refining outputs.

Key responsibilities

Design and assign complex, language‑focused tasks to AI chatbots.
Evaluate chatbot responses for correctness, logical consistency, and overall quality.
Provide detailed feedback and suggestions to improve model performance.
Track and report on model progress over time.

Required profile

Fluent in English at a native or bilingual level.
Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
Preferably holding a current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (not mandatory).

Required skills

Hourly rates starting at $25‑$30+ (converted to GBP via PayPal).
