AI Training Lead

About the role

ivee is seeking an AI Training Lead to design and deliver hands‑on AI upskilling programmes for non‑technical teams. This part‑time position (Tuesday‑Thursday) is based in our Shoreditch office and offers the chance to shape how organisations adopt AI.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver ivee’s core AI training programmes and specialised workshops to individuals and enterprise clients.
• Manage programme administration including registrations, feedback collection, follow‑up communications and iterative content updates.
• Develop new training modules from concept to launch, responding to emerging AI trends and participant demand.
• Identify under‑performing sessions, provide data‑driven recommendations and discontinue ineffective content swiftly.
• Produce recorded educational assets such as video walkthroughs and tutorials in collaboration with the Social Media Manager.

Required profile

• Confident, engaging facilitator who can simplify complex concepts and energise participants.
• Deep, practical fluency with a range of AI tools, workflows and emerging agentic systems, using AI daily.
• Comfortable operating in a fast‑moving, ambiguous environment with shifting priorities.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage administrative tasks without oversight.
