Air Conditioning Engineer – Commercial & Domestic Systems

About the role

CoSourced is seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join its fast‑growing HVAC team. You will work on a variety of commercial and domestic projects, taking full ownership of installations, maintenance and repairs while delivering high‑quality, safe work.

Key responsibilities

• Independently carry out maintenance, installations and remedial repairs on air‑conditioning systems.
• Diagnose and resolve faults across a range of AC equipment.
• Commission new systems and optimise performance.
• Produce accurate service reports and maintain documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and F‑Gas regulations.
• Provide guidance and support to junior engineers or trainees when required.

Required profile

• NVQ Level 2 in Air Conditioning (or equivalent).
• Minimum 4 years of industry experience.
• Full, clean UK driving licence.
• Strong customer service attitude and professionalism.
• Problem‑solving mindset and ability to adapt and learn.
