Air Conditioning Installer – Commercial AC Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Installer to join a fast‑growing HVAC contractor serving London and the surrounding area. The role involves mobile installation of commercial VRV/VRF, split, multi‑split and AHU systems, working with leading manufacturers.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver full‑cycle installation of VRV/VRF, split, multi‑split and AHU units on commercial projects.
• Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure correct system configuration.
• Use a tablet‑based system to receive job information, schedule tasks and record progress.
• Collaborate with project managers and client representatives to meet project deadlines.
• Maintain a company van and fuel card for personal and work use, adhering to safety and compliance standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a commercial air‑conditioning installer.
• Current F‑Gas certification.
• Ability to work independently across London and South East locations.
• Strong commitment to quality, safety and customer service.
