Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Engineer – London & M25

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Engineer to deliver service, maintenance and breakdown support for commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment across London and the M25 area. The role involves working with a variety of clients including hotels, restaurants, bars, care homes and other commercial premises.

Key responsibilities

• Provide service, maintenance and emergency breakdowns on commercial refrigeration and air‑conditioning systems.
• Work on cold rooms, walk‑in fridges and freezers, ice machines, cellar cooling, bottle fridges, split and multi‑split units, and VRF/VRV equipment.
• Cover the London and M25 region, travelling to client sites as required.
• Maintain accurate service records and liaise with clients to ensure satisfaction.

Required profile

• Reside in or around the M25/London area.
• Demonstrable experience with air‑conditioning systems and preferably refrigeration equipment; candidates with a focus on either discipline will be considered.
• Hold a valid F‑Gas certification; IPAF and PASMA certifications are advantageous.

Required skills

• F‑Gas certification
• IPAF forklift certification (beneficial)
• PASMA scaffold certification (beneficial)
• Experience with commercial refrigeration systems
• Experience with air‑conditioning systems, including splits, multi‑splits and VRF/VRV technology
• Ability to service cold rooms, walk‑in fridges, freezers and related equipment

What we offer

• Basic salary £45,000‑£55,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
