Air Export Clerk – Freight Forwarding

About the role

The Air Export Clerk will support a well‑established freight forwarder by handling all aspects of air export documentation and shipment coordination. Working from the West Drayton office, you will ensure smooth export processes and compliance with UK regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit export documentation, including MAWBs and customs entries.
• Generate pre‑alerts and arrange collections and deliveries for outbound cargo.
• Liaise with shippers, consignees, airlines, handling agents, and transport providers.
• Track shipments, maintain export transaction records, and produce cost and delivery reports.
• Ensure compliance with HMRC export regulations and coordinate with overseas agents.

Required profile

• Proven experience handling air export processes from start to finish.
• Familiarity with CDS entry procedures.
• Ability to work Monday‑Friday, 9:00‑17:30.
