Air Export Clerk – Freight Forwarding

About the role

We are seeking an Air Export Clerk to manage end‑to‑end export operations for an established freight forwarding client. The role combines customs documentation, dangerous‑goods handling and driver duties within a busy logistics environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and process export documentation from origin to destination.
• Coordinate customs clearance ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Handle dangerous‑goods packaging and labeling in accordance with DG and ADR standards.
• Operate the company van to collect and deliver shipments as required.
• Support warehouse activities related to DG packaging and loading.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate with carriers and customers.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customs export procedures.
• Solid knowledge of dangerous‑goods regulations (DG) and, preferably, ADR training.
• Valid driver’s licence and ability to operate a company van.
• Attention to detail and ability to work within fixed shift patterns (Mon‑Fri, 8‑5 or 9‑6).

What we offer
