About the role
We are a small to medium forwarder based in Colnbrook seeking an experienced Air Export Clerk to join our successful team. You will take ownership of the full Air Export process, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with customs regulations. Reporting to the Export Manager, you will work closely with a dedicated team of three.
Key responsibilities
- Handle end‑to‑end Air Export documentation and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and CDS requirements.
- Coordinate with internal staff and external customers to arrange shipments.
- Report daily activities and issues to the Export Manager.
- Work collaboratively within a small team of three members.
Required profile
- Proven experience in Air Export operations from start to finish.
- Strong knowledge of customs procedures and CDS systems.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal teams and customers.
- Availability to work Monday‑Friday, 9:00‑17:30.
- Prior experience in a small to medium forwarder environment.
