Air Freight Export/Import Operator – Pharma Healthcare

About the role

Join a leading global freight forwarder as an Air Freight Export/Import Operator supporting the specialist Pharma Healthcare sector. You will handle temperature‑controlled shipments, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and client requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and process export and import documentation for pharmaceutical and healthcare cargo.
• Coordinate temperature‑controlled shipments with airlines, customs, and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, tracking numbers, and compliance certificates.
• Liaise with customers, carriers, and regulatory bodies to resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience handling pharma/healthcare freight within a forwarder.
• Demonstrated knowledge of import and export procedures for pharmaceutical products.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team attitude.

Required skills

• Knowledge of temperature‑controlled cargo handling.
