About the role
We are seeking an experienced Air Freight Import Clerk to support our aerospace, defence and pharmaceutical clients. The role involves managing end‑to‑end import shipments and ensuring compliance with customs regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Arrange air freight import shipments from initiation to delivery.
- Process customs entries and related documentation.
- Handle Home Use IP/OP, RGR, customs warehousing and Carnet procedures where required.
- Coordinate with carriers, customs authorities and internal teams to resolve issues.
Required profile
- 2–3 years of experience in freight forwarding.
- Strong knowledge of customs entry processes and procedures.
- Familiarity with aerospace, defence or pharmaceutical import requirements is advantageous.

What we offer
- Salary between £30,000 and £35,000 per year.
- 25 days holiday (five weeks) plus pension.

- Full‑time, Monday‑Friday 9am‑5pm onsite role.
