About the role
We are partnering with a medium‑sized freight forwarder to hire a Multi‑Model Export Operator. You will manage air export shipments from start to finish and, where possible, support sea and road exports.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate air export processes, including documentation and customs clearance.
- Assist with sea and road export operations as required.
- Prepare and provide quotes for new and existing customers.
- Liaise with shippers, overseas agents, and collection services.
- Track freight movements and ensure timely delivery.
- Generate invoices for completed work.
Required profile
- Proven experience in air export operations.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
- Ability to work within a small team of four.
- Willingness to learn sea and road export processes.
Required skills
- Customs handling
- CDS (Customs Declaration Service)
What we offer
- Salary range £30,000‑£35,000 per year
- Full‑time permanent contract
- Monday‑Friday, 9:00‑17:30 with flexibility
