Airfreight Export Specialist – Heathrow

About the role
Freightserve is seeking experienced airfreight export professionals to join its expanding team at Heathrow. The role involves managing end‑to‑end export operations for a busy air cargo department, ensuring shipments are processed accurately and on schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate all aspects of airfreight export, including preparation of MAWBs and HAWBs.
- Complete customs entries and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with airlines, handling agents and transport providers to arrange collection and delivery.
- Handle proof of delivery documentation and maintain accurate shipment records.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely updates on shipment status.
Required profile
- Hands‑on experience in air export operations.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency with standard IT tools and good organisational skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including days or nights.
