Airline Groups & Reservations Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Airline Groups & Reservations Consultant to join our West London office. You will be the primary point of contact for group sales and reservation enquiries, handling both direct passengers and trade partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage group sales and reservation calls from passengers, travel agents and tour operators.
• Generate bookings, changes, ancillary services and issue/re‑issue tickets and EMDs using both auto and manual fare builds.
• Process invoices and payments for airline tickets while adhering to strict reporting guidelines.
• Produce daily and monthly sales reports and perform reconciliations.
• Handle ticket reissues, upgrades, reroutes, lost tickets and other customer service issues.
• Occasionally meet passengers face‑to‑face.

Required profile

• Minimum two years’ experience in an airline reservations role.
• Proficiency with GDS systems, preferably Sabre.
• Good knowledge of fares, ticketing and airline invoicing.
• Strong telephone etiquette and ability to work under pressure.
• Team‑oriented, customer‑focused and detail‑oriented.
