Allocator – Fashion Retail Stock Allocation

About the role

Join a well‑established multi‑channel fashion retailer as an Allocator in our East London head office. You will help ensure the right collections reach the right stores at the right time, supporting sales and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Allocate stock to stores and review performance by product and style.
• Manage replenishment to keep stores stocked appropriately.
• Analyse sales data and stock levels to identify opportunities.
• Liaise daily with the Distribution Centre on deliveries and availability.
• Support stores with delivery, pricing and promotional queries.
• Use internal systems to monitor sales, stock and store performance.
• Produce packing lists and assist with daily stock movements.
• Provide product feedback for future selection decisions.

Required profile

• Previous retail or administration experience.
• Passion for fashion and awareness of current trends.
• Understanding of retail business operations.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Strong communication skills and team‑oriented mindset.
• Proactive, enthusiastic and eager to learn.
