AM Shift Loader – Temp to Permanent

About the role

Join a fast‑paced chilled warehouse as an AM Shift Loader. You will help keep UK stores stocked by loading food products and supporting the team during busy periods. The role starts as a temporary position with a strong chance of becoming permanent after 12 weeks.

Key responsibilities

• Load food pallets onto outbound trucks in a chilled environment (3‑5°C).
• Assist with picking and other warehouse tasks during downtime.
• Maintain product quality and hygiene standards.
• Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.

Required profile

• Previous experience in loading and picking using MHE.
• Proven ability to operate LLOPs or chariots.
• Comfortable working in cold temperatures for the full shift.
• Physically able to lift up to 20 kg repeatedly.
• Flexible to work five shifts per week, including weekends and bank holidays.
• Good verbal and written English communication.
