Amazon Marketplace Manager – eCommerce Lead

About the role

Join a market‑leading FMCG business as an Amazon Marketplace Manager and drive online growth across Amazon, TikTok Shop and other digital marketplaces. You will combine commercial account management with data‑driven optimisation to accelerate sales, improve digital‑shelf performance and deliver profitable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own commercial performance of Amazon Vendor Central and/or Seller Central.
• Drive profitable growth on Amazon and supporting channels such as TikTok Shop.
• Optimise catalogue health, SEO, product content and Brand Store visibility.
• Manage Amazon Advertising and Retail Media to improve ROAS, ACoS and TACoS.
• Monitor Buy Box ownership, Share of Voice, BSR, glance views and competitor activity.
• Identify growth opportunities using Helium 10, Profitero, DataHawk, Pacvue, Marketplace Pulse or similar tools.
• Oversee forecasting, promotional investment, inventory and new product launches.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance.
• Report to the Global eCommerce Director with a dotted line to the UK Country Manager.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing Amazon Vendor Central and/or Seller Central.
• Strong understanding of Amazon 3P, Retail Media and marketplace growth strategies.
• Hands‑on experience with Helium 10, Profitero, Pacvue, DataHawk, Marketplace Pulse or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) and Amazon DSP.

• £65,000‑£70,000 basic salary plus up to 20% bonus.
