Amazon Operations Manager – UK & EU

About the role

We are seeking an Operations Manager to own the end‑to‑end order‑to‑fulfilment process for Amazon marketplaces across the UK and Europe. Based in Central London with hybrid working, you will lead a small team and collaborate with 3PLs, warehouses and Amazon fulfilment centres to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the order‑to‑fulfilment workflow across all EU Amazon marketplaces.
• Lead a team, coordinate with 3PLs, warehouses and Amazon fulfilment centres to resolve bottlenecks.
• Act as primary point of contact for warehouse escalations and work with supply‑chain, commercial and sales stakeholders.
• Report and analyse KPIs such as OTIF, fill rate, order accuracy, returns and claims; develop dashboards and identify performance gaps.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives, automation projects and cost‑reduction while maintaining high service standards.

Required profile

• Minimum three years’ experience in Amazon operations management, e‑commerce and supply‑chain fulfilment.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and data‑driven mindset.
• Proven experience leading, coaching and developing teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Comfortable working with 3PLs across multiple EU markets; German or Spanish language skills are a plus.
