About the role
We are seeking an Analyst / Associate to join our Client Solutions & Analytics team in London. The team leverages PIMCO’s intellectual capital, proprietary infrastructure and market expertise to help clients make better investment decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with senior Strategists to engage with Account Managers and their clients, understand investment objectives and support solution design.
- Deliver asset allocation and risk‑management solutions for both assets‑only and asset‑liability‑management (ALM) projects.
- Use proprietary software and external data sources to run risk analytics, optimisation, economic scenario analyses and stress tests.
- Produce customised analysis and written research to support client discussions and strategic investment decisions.
Required profile
- Solid understanding of major asset classes and their interaction within a portfolio.
- Ability to work closely with senior strategists, account managers and external clients.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in risk‑factor, scenario and stress‑test analysis.
