Analytics Manager – Hybrid, London

About the role

We are seeking an Analytics Manager to lead client‑facing projects for a leading data and analytics provider serving the financial services and property sectors. Based in London with a hybrid schedule (two days in the office, Tuesdays required), you will combine technical expertise with business insight to help banks and mortgage lenders make smarter lending decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Mentor and manage a small team of 2‑3 analysts, overseeing workload and quality.
• Present analytical insights directly to clients, translating complex data into strategic value.
• Collaborate with product, commercial and presales teams to design tailored solutions.
• Stay ahead of market trends and guide the analytics direction for financial services use cases.
• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of analytics projects across multiple stakeholders and timelines.
• Contribute to product evolution through insight‑driven thinking.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience in analytics, preferably within financial services, credit risk, mortgages or related sectors.
• Proven experience mentoring or managing analysts, or strong readiness to step into a team‑lead role.
• Highly numerate, creative problem‑solver with strong business acumen.
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable presenting to technical and non‑technical audiences.
