Analytics Manager

About the role

This role sits at the intersection of data, commercial strategy and decision‑making. You will use strong SQL and Python expertise to turn complex data into actionable insights that directly influence business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver robust analytics to support key business decisions using internal and external data sources.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions to track performance and KPIs.
• Lead analytical projects such as A/B testing, cohort analysis, segmentation and trend analysis.
• Use advanced SQL to query and manipulate large datasets within a data‑warehouse environment.
• Develop repeatable analytical workflows in Python to improve efficiency and consistency.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through validation, quality checks and clear documentation.
• Translate complex analysis into clear, actionable insights for non‑technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align metrics, definitions and outputs.

Required profile

• Strong commercial analytics experience in a data‑rich environment.
• Advanced SQL skills, including joins, aggregations and window functions.
• Proficiency in Python for analysis, automation and reproducible workflows.
• Experience with A/B testing and experimental design.
• Solid understanding of data modelling, KPIs and performance measurement.
• Experience building dashboards in Power BI or a similar BI tool.
• Ability to communicate insights clearly and influence decision‑making.
• Experience managing data quality and working with complex datasets.
