AOG Operator – 4 Days On / 4 Days Off

About the role
The AOG Operator will join a well‑established freight forwarder in Colnbrook, supporting time‑critical air freight shipments on a 4‑days‑on, 4‑days‑off schedule. This role is essential for maintaining rapid response to aircraft on‑ground situations and ensuring seamless export operations.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor time‑critical air freight shipments (AOG).
- Respond to emails, manage collections and deliveries efficiently.
- Prepare and process Master Air Waybills (MAWB) and House Air Waybills (HAWB).
- Process customs entries and ensure compliance.
- Handle large key accounts and maintain high‑level customer service.
- Liaise with airlines, handling agents, and transport providers.
Required profile
- Proven experience in air export operations.
- Exceptional customer‑service skills, particularly in high‑pressure environments.
- Willingness to work a 4‑days‑on, 4‑days‑off roster, 7 am – 7 pm.
