AOG Operator – 4 nights on, 4 nights off

About the role
Freightserve is seeking an AOG Operator to join its team in Colnbrook on a rotating night shift pattern (4 nights on, 4 nights off). The role focuses on managing time‑critical air and road freight shipments for key accounts.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate time‑critical air‑freight and road‑freight shipments.
- Prepare and process Master Air Waybills (MAWB) and House Air Waybills (HAWB).
- Handle export and import customs entries and monitor shipments throughout the journey.
- Respond to email inquiries, manage collections and deliveries efficiently.
- Liaise with airlines, handling agents and transporters to ensure smooth operations.
Required profile
- Experience in export logistics, preferably with air or road freight.
- Strong customer‑service orientation, especially for high‑value key accounts.
- Willingness to work night shifts from 7 pm to 7 am on a 4‑on/4‑off roster.
