Application & Business Training Officer

About the role

Our client, a global fast‑growing technology and supply‑chain organisation, is looking for an Application & Business Training Officer. You will enable employees to use business applications effectively, driving adoption, improving efficiency and supporting continuous operational improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop training manuals, user guides and e‑learning materials for business systems.
• Deliver in‑person, virtual and blended training sessions and provide coaching to individuals and teams.
• Work with Operations teams to map, optimise and support implementation of business processes.
• Maintain up‑to‑date training documentation reflecting system and process changes.
• Assess user competency through feedback, QA and assessments, identifying skill gaps and delivering targeted coaching.
• Partner with managers and cross‑functional stakeholders to identify training needs and report on training effectiveness.

Required profile

• Experience in training, learning & development or systems‑training roles.
• Proven track record delivering training on business applications or systems.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to simplify complex processes and systems for end‑users.
• Organised, proactive and detail‑oriented.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders across multiple functions.
