Application Developer – AI Squad (Hybrid, London)

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Application Developers to join our AI Squad within the Development Team. This permanent, hybrid position is ideal for recent graduates or early‑career developers who are passionate about AI and want to apply modern software engineering practices to real‑world problems.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and test features for RLAM software products using object‑oriented design and clean‑code principles.
• Develop production‑quality, maintainable applications and services.
• Integrate external systems, APIs and cloud platforms, and collaborate on data pipelines.
• Explore and prototype Generative AI techniques to enhance existing solutions.
• Work within agile delivery teams, contributing to sprint goals and documenting solutions.
• Learn and apply responsible AI principles such as fairness and explainability.

Required profile

• Graduate or early‑career developer with strong programming fundamentals.
• Demonstrated self‑driven learning through internships, hackathons, personal or academic projects.
• Curiosity about AI and willingness to experiment with new technologies.
• Ability to collaborate with software engineers, data scientists and data engineers.
