Application Operations Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an Application Operations Engineer to join a team delivering a newly launched, next‑generation data and forecasting platform. You will be responsible for onboarding and configuring data products so operational users can leverage the platform efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and manage data products using templating languages (Handlebars.js / Moustache.js) and layout markups (Typst).
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Service Delivery Managers and stakeholders to support end‑to‑end product onboarding.
• Log, manage and resolve changes, incidents and problems through ServiceNow.
• Execute test scripts, gather user feedback and provide insights to development teams.
• Maintain accurate asset tracking, secure configurations and follow change‑control procedures.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with logic‑less templating languages such as Handlebars.js or Moustache.js and markup tools like Typst.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow for incident, problem and change management.
• Proven track record in application support or technical operations within an ITIL‑aligned environment.
• Strong ability to gather user needs and communicate across technical and non‑technical teams.
