Application Specialist / Integration Engineer - SQL, Azure

About the role

The Global Law firm is looking for an Application Specialist / Integration Engineer to drive the adoption of Microsoft Azure and Fabric services across its core applications. You will act as both a technical lead and product owner, delivering end‑to‑end integration solutions while remaining hands‑on with development and deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and prioritise the product backlog for vendor‑led applications such as Document Management and Practice Management.
• Design, configure, develop and deploy Azure Integration Services (Service Bus, Logic Apps, API Management) and MS Fabric components (ADF, Data Warehouse, PowerBI).
• Build and optimise reusable components using SQL, C#, REST APIs and Power Platform tools.
• Automate workflows with Power Apps, Canvas Apps and Power Automate.
• Support SMEs in integrating AI capabilities into SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams and Microsoft 365.
• Define technical direction, ensure alignment with the technology roadmap and enforce security, licensing and access policies.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and coordinate escalation with third‑line support or vendors.
• Collaborate with technical and non‑technical stakeholders to enhance the application landscape.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on experience with the Microsoft stack, especially Azure Integration Services and/or MS Fabric.
• Strong background in building and managing Logic Apps, Power Apps/Canvas Apps and Power Automate workflows.
• Experience working with configurable off‑the‑shelf software that integrates into end‑user environments.
• Ability to act as a technical lead while delivering code and configuration.
