Application Support Analyst – Hybrid (Chorley)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, customer‑focused Application Support Analyst to join our technical services team in Chorley. Working in a hybrid model, you will support critical business systems for a range of clients while enjoying the flexibility of remote days.

Key responsibilities

• Provide application support for critical business systems to internal and external customers.
• Deploy and configure software applications, ensuring error‑free delivery.
• Manage incidents, problems and service requests within agreed SLAs.
• Respond to enquiries about application features and capabilities.
• Create and maintain both customer‑facing and internal documentation.
• Participate in Continual Service Improvement activities.

Required profile

• Ability to multi‑task effectively in a high‑pressure environment.
• Experience in software development and customer support.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with customers.
