Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivering age‑appropriate activities aligned with the EYFS framework.
• Support the early years team in providing high‑quality childcare and learning experiences.
• Help maintain a safe, nurturing environment for all children.
• Participate in regular feedback sessions with a dedicated Development Coach.

Required profile

• Passion for working with children and a desire to build a career in early years education.
• Enthusiastic, caring attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
