Apprentice Pizzaiolo – Pizza Chef (New Opening)

About the role

Join Rudy's newest location in Worcester as an Apprentice Pizzaiolo and learn the craft of authentic Neapolitan pizza. Working side‑by‑side with experienced pizzaiolos, you will develop hands‑on skills in dough preparation, stretching, topping, and oven cooking while supporting the kitchen team.

Key responsibilities

• Assist kitchen assistants with daily food preparation, cleaning and workspace organisation.
• Learn and apply Rudy's pizza recipes and techniques through the Rudy's Academy.
• Handle dough, stretch bases, add toppings, and operate the pizza oven under supervision.
• Maintain strict food hygiene and health‑and‑safety standards at all times.
• Contribute to a positive, team‑focused atmosphere and help deliver an excellent guest experience.

Required profile

• A genuine passion for food and interest in Neapolitan pizza‑making.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced kitchen environment and stay organised under pressure.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• No prior kitchen experience required – full training provided.
