Apprentice Retail Sales Assistant

About the role

Join Superdrug as an Apprentice Retail Sales Assistant and start your career in health and beauty retail. You’ll work on the shop floor, helping customers, keeping the store tidy and learning the business through a 12‑month in‑store apprenticeship.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with a friendly, helpful attitude.
• Promote Star Buys and product offers to maximise sales.
• Maintain store presentation, ensure shelves are fully stocked and tidy.
• Support the team in achieving daily and weekly sales targets.
• Participate in on‑the‑job training and complete the Retail Level 2 Apprenticeship.

Required profile

• Positive mindset and clear communication skills.
• Passion for health & beauty products and customer service.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends.
• GCSE (or equivalent) grade 4/C in English and maths.
• Eligibility to work in the UK and not currently in education.
