Apprentice Retail Supervisor – Leeds

About the role

Farmfoods is seeking an Apprentice Retail Supervisor for its Leeds Middleton store. This full‑time apprenticeship combines on‑the‑job training with a Level 3 Customer Service Specialist qualification, giving you a solid foundation in retail supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, assist them in finding products, and provide friendly checkout service.
• Handle deliveries, stock shelves and freezers, and maintain a tidy shop environment.
• Support daily and weekly store routines, including opening and closing procedures.
• Assist the manager with cash handling, ordering, and team leadership.
• Participate in regular assessor visits, webinars, and coursework to progress through the apprenticeship.

Required profile

• Positive, hardworking attitude with a willingness to stay busy.
• Reliability and flexibility to work a variety of shifts across five days a week.
• Ability to work well within a small team and support colleagues.
