Apprentice Sales Advisor – Uncapped Commission

About the role

Join EE as an Apprentice Sales Advisor and start your career in telecom sales. You will work from our Darlington contact centre, speaking with customers over the phone, building relationships and recommending the right EE products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and engage customers to understand their needs.
• Promote and sell mobile, broadband, smart‑home and other tech solutions.
• Meet sales targets and contribute to an uncapped commission scheme.
• Complete a 15‑month NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service while working.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic attitude with a friendly voice.
• Willingness to learn and develop sales skills.
• No prior experience required – training will be provided.
