Apprentice Team Member (Hospitality Apprenticeship)

About the role

Join Nando's as an Apprentice Team Member and work towards a Level 2 Hospitality Team Member Apprenticeship. You will receive a blend of on‑the‑job training, off‑the‑job coaching and a personalised learning plan to help you develop the skills needed for a career in hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient service to customers in a fast‑paced restaurant environment.
• Prepare and serve menu items according to Nando's standards.
• Operate the point‑of‑sale system and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the dining area and kitchen.
• Follow health, safety and food‑handling procedures at all times.

Required profile

• Valid passport and/or visa permitting work in the UK.
• Enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
• Team‑oriented mindset and ability to work flexible hours.
