Approved Electrician – Commercial & Industrial

About the role

We are seeking an Approved Electrician to join a leading infrastructure services business serving commercial and industrial clients across the UK. Based in Bristol, you will work independently on a varied portfolio of sites, delivering high‑quality electrical installations, inspections and testing.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out electrical installation, inspection and testing on commercial and industrial sites.
• Perform reactive and remedial duties, responding to client requests promptly.
• Liaise directly with clients on‑site to discuss progress and identify further service needs.
• Prepare and sign off test certifications and RAMS documentation to required standards.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.

Required profile

• C&G 2330 (or equivalent) and NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation.
• 18th Edition Certification.
• C&G 2391 (Inspection & Testing) certification.
• JIB Gold Card or ECS Gold Card.
• Hands‑on experience in commercial/industrial electrical work.
• Valid clean UK driving licence and right to work in the UK.
• Strong commitment to health and safety.

What we offer

• Base salary £43,000‑£45,000 depending on experience.
• Overtime and door‑to‑door pay bringing total earnings to £55,000‑£60,000 per year.
