Approved Electrician – Leeds (Full‑time)

About the role

We are recruiting an Approved Electrician for a well‑established infrastructure services business operating across the UK. Based in Leeds, you will work on commercial and industrial sites, delivering critical electrical works and enjoying a supportive environment that invests in your development.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out electrical installation, inspection and testing on a varied portfolio of commercial and industrial sites.
• Perform reactive and remedial duties, liaising directly with clients to discuss progress and identify further service needs.
• Complete test certifications, RAMS documentation and other required paperwork to the required standard.
• Represent the business professionally at all times while working largely independently.

Required profile

• C&G 2330 or equivalent (NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation).
• 18th Edition Certification.
• C&G 2391 or equivalent (Inspection & Testing).
• JIB Gold Card or ECS Gold Card.
• Valid, clean UK driving licence and right to work in the UK.
• Strong commitment to health and safety and a confident, self‑starting attitude.

Required skills

• Hands‑on electrical experience in commercial or industrial settings.
• Competence in completing RAMS documentation.
• CompEx Ex07 & Ex08 (supported by the employer if not already held).

• Salary £55,000 – £60,000 per year (including overtime).
