Arabic Localisation Specialist (London)

About the role

Wise is seeking an Arabic Localisation Specialist to join its global localisation team in London. You will help adapt the Wise app, website and marketing materials from English to Modern Standard Arabic, ensuring a seamless, professional fintech experience for Arabic‑speaking users.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end localisation of the Wise app and web interface from English to Modern Standard Arabic (MSA).
• Localise product, marketing and support content while preserving meaning, tone and context.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, UX designers and QA teams to perform linguistic QA and RTL layout testing.
• Proofread and edit translations for accuracy and clarity.
• Research the Arabic market and propose innovative ways to increase Wise’s visibility.
• Contribute to improving localisation tools, workflows and processes.

Required profile

• Native‑level fluency in Modern Standard Arabic.
• Strong passion for words and experience in localisation.
• Comfort working with finance, product and marketing content.
• Ability to work closely with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Deep technical understanding of Right‑to‑Left (RTL) language frameworks for mobile and web products.
