Arabic-Speaking Complex Care Support Worker

About the role

Care4Focus is seeking an Arabic‑speaking Complex Care Support Worker to provide high‑quality, person‑centred care to clients with complex health needs in their own homes across North London. The role involves delivering compassionate support while promoting independence, dignity and choice.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personalised care in line with individual care plans.
• Assist with personal care, daily living activities and promote independence.
• Provide clinical support such as PEG feeding, tracheostomy care, suctioning, ventilation support, medication administration and epilepsy management where trained.
• Maintain accurate care records and communicate effectively with families and healthcare professionals.

Required profile

• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Previous care experience is essential; complex care experience is desirable.
• Caring, reliable and professional attitude.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Flexible availability for full‑time, part‑time or bank hours.
