Arbitration Paralegal – Dispute Resolution Team

About the role

We are seeking an Arbitration Paralegal to join our growing Dispute Resolution team in London. You will work closely with experienced solicitors and partners, supporting high‑quality domestic and international arbitration matters across a range of sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Support solicitors and partners on arbitration and dispute resolution matters.
• Conduct legal research and prepare briefing notes on procedures, case law and regulations.
• Assist with the preparation of arbitration bundles, submissions and supporting documentation.
• Review disclosure, witness statements, expert reports and evidential materials.
• Draft correspondence, legal documents and procedural applications.
• Manage document review exercises and case management systems.
• Liaise with clients, counsel, arbitrators, experts and third parties.
• Attend client meetings, hearings, conferences and arbitration proceedings as required.
• Monitor deadlines and ensure compliance with procedural timetables.
• Prepare costs schedules, chronologies and case summaries.

Required profile

• Law degree, LPC or SQE qualification preferred.
• Previous paralegal experience in dispute resolution, commercial litigation, arbitration or investigations is advantageous.
• Strong legal research and drafting abilities.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and competing deadlines.
• Professional, proactive and client‑focused approach.
