Architect – 12‑month Fixed‑Term Contract

About the role

We are seeking an Architect to join a market‑leading practice on a 12‑month fixed‑term basis. You will work on exciting aviation, commercial and public sector projects, leading technical design and construction phases while collaborating with clients and consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects through RIBA Stages 4 and 5, producing and reviewing technical drawings and construction information.
• Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and external consultants.
• Liaise with clients, contractors and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure projects are delivered on programme and to required quality standards.
• Mentor and support junior team members.

Required profile

• Qualified architect (ARB, RIBA Part III) with a background in construction.
• Experience delivering projects through RIBA Stages 4‑5.
• Proven ability to lead project teams and coordinate with consultants.
• Strong communication skills and client‑facing experience.
• Ability to commute to London.
