Architect (2-7 yrs) – London Commercial Retrofit

About the role

We are seeking architects with 2‑7 years of post‑qualification experience to join a leading London design studio. You will work on a landmark workplace fit‑out from RIBA Stage 4 onward, delivering high‑spec commercial office retrofits.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead Revit packages for architectural, partition, joinery and finish details.
• Produce construction‑ready drawings from RIBA Stage 4 to Stage 5.
• Collaborate with consultants, contractors and subcontractors throughout the delivery phase.
• Contribute to additional projects at various design stages as part of the studio’s long‑term team.

Required profile

• Part III RIBA‑qualified architect.
• 2‑7 years of experience delivering high‑spec UK commercial office projects, especially complex retrofits.
• Proven ability to liaise confidently with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating graphical excellence and technical rigour.
• Availability to start within four weeks.

Required skills

• Expert proficiency in Revit, with live‑project experience.
