Architect – 5+ years experience (London)

About the role

An award‑winning London architecture practice is expanding and seeks a talented architect with at least five years of post‑qualification experience. You will take ownership of commercial, retrofit and hospitality projects, working closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams while progressing toward senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects through all RIBA stages, from concept design to completion.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver high‑quality architectural solutions on time and within budget.
• Develop creative and technically robust designs across commercial, retrofit and hospitality sectors.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and contractors.
• Participate actively in project meetings, presentations and design workshops.
• Support and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative studio environment.

Required profile

• ARB‑registered architect.
• 5+ years of post‑qualification experience.
• Proven ability to lead projects across multiple RIBA stages.
• Strong design portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical capability.
• Excellent understanding of UK Building Regulations and planning processes.
• Proactive attitude with ambition to develop into a senior role.
