Architect / Architectural Designer

About the role

Benoy is seeking a dynamic Architect or Architectural Designer to contribute to a variety of international mixed‑use, commercial, residential and retail projects. You will manage mid‑scale to large‑scale design aspects and collaborate across the full development process.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality design work, showcasing creativity and innovation.
• Support project delivery by preparing deliverables and managing design development.
• Work autonomously or collaboratively, providing feedback and maintaining a positive team attitude.
• Engage with clients and consultants, supporting senior staff in presentations and meetings.
• Monitor project budgets and develop understanding of financial aspects.

Required profile

• Strong design portfolio demonstrating creativity and innovation.
• Minimum two years of international project experience.
• Experience delivering medium to large‑scale international projects.
• Excellent hand‑sketching ability to convey design ideas.
• Effective communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Degree in a related design field or equivalent qualification; professional registration preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Rhino.
• Proficiency in SketchUp.
• Advanced 3D modelling capabilities.
